Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 ripe avocado sliced
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: salsa or hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the shrimp with chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add a drizzle of oil to the skillet.
  • Cook the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan.
  • Layer shredded cabbage on each tortilla.
  • Add the cooked shrimp on top of the cabbage.
  • Place avocado slices over the shrimp.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  • Serve with lime wedges and your choice of salsa or hot sauce.
