Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, and chopped onion.
  • In a separate bowl, mix milk, ketchup, egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the meat mixture and combine thoroughly.
  • Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  • Spread additional ketchup on top for glaze if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes after removing from the oven.
  • Slice the meatloaf into portions and serve.
  • Enjoy with your favorite sides!
